Car will not start after scan. Old reader not communicating with ECM

     I bought the AP200 to try and reset my airbag dash light. i scanned and tryed starting the car after. Car now will not start. I plugged my other obd reader that i always use and now it cant communicate with ECM. Now What. Did this marvalous tool ( which i ws warned not to buy) fry my computer???

     1) what type of car are we talking about............?

    2) do you have power at OBDII plug......?

    It might have just a blown fuse only, check all fuses first............
