Connecting the VCI cable takes down CAN network.

     We have a brand new fully updated MK908. When connecting the VCI to any vehicle, the VCI does not connect and puts communication errors into all the nodes. We tried again with just the cable and no VCI, and the result is the same. Did we get a bad OBD2-VCI cable?

    I have also had this happen to me sometimes, but seems to only happen if I connected obd port and then vci port after. Or if the tool is off or something. Could still get communication but several ecus had canbus fault codes stored in them.
