I have a BMW E92 that a customer has just purchased & has a fault in the DME causing a suspected lack of power. Fault code is 2FA4 (data record incorrect)
I have checks the DME to find it has been replaced with a second hand module from another vehicle. I have cross referenced the part numbers & it does appear to be correct for this vehicle. I have programmed & coded the DME, EGS DSC/ABS & CAS with no success. I have also attempted a DME\CAS alignment & the fault is still present.
Has anyone come across this before & had a successful resolution using the Maxisys Elite.
