They say servers are down. Not much help here or tech support. Might as well just say Tough $h!t and it comes back when it comes back. I would figure a company like Autel would communicate with there customers a little better. How about letting us know here when there are known issues.

 It might be working now. I think their server may glitched and had my IP blocked for a few months from accessing the forum but I tried today and it's working again for me at this moment.
