I'm new at this so i had my first problem the other day with a porsche panamera. I put the car in EPB-Service mode and changed the brake shoes. When i had changed the shoes there's some specific measures from the brake shoes to the drum that need to be inside the measurements from the tester. 

After this i thougt i was done, but then i couldn't get the EPB out off service mode no matter what i tried. 

So here is the solution. 

The brake shoes need to be grinding in under one of the test measures and then you can calibrate the EPB then it will get out off service mode and work perfect.
