I have a sec-e9 key cutting machine, also the maxi im508, and I was wandering if I can program a blade key for a car with not having the key code from a Chevy, ford, Dodge, Chrysler, GM, Hyundai, Honda, just to name a few. The key cutting machine I have can cut double sided blade, laser duplicate or dimple keys. I can put the key code in the machine and it will pop up what it will look like. Like for example a 2003 ford explorer which is a blade key and has transponder in it. Can I cut the key and program the key by using the maxi im508 and using the im508 for getting the key code.

Hi there, I don't want to sound dumb but what is the difference between the pin code
and key code, and if I'm supposed to get it from the car would they be the same.
