     I’ve just got this dongle, downloaded the app, and bound the device. That’s as far as I can get in the app. 
    The quick reference guide says a “mall” will open where I can download vehicle specific software. That’s not happening. Nothing happens after a notification that says “products have been bound” pops up.
    I have a Honda with an SRS dash light I’d like to look at.

     Have you tried reinstalling the app? I assume you have a registered account for login purposes.

    There are three menus options at the bottom of the app screen and the MALL option is in the middle.
