If it is a brand new blank ABS module from Chrysler  it will likely need to be flashed via a laptop PC with a J2534 and a purchased OE subscription.

  If it is a good used ABS module from the same type of vehicle with same pinion factor and tire size and the original ABS module still installed in vehicle and capable of communicating, then the MS906 BT might offer the special function of a programmable module installation or replace module where it pulls certain fields of information out of the original module and instructs you when to install the replacement module to attempt to overwrite a few select fields of module code.
