Send the log files with screen shots to tech support so, they can fix the issue..............

Hello. I have the same problem too. I bought the XP400pro + IMPKA on purpose to have it all in one and I'm a bit disappointed. -

No changes should be made to the eeprom. You shouldn't need to write it back. It should just be a question of reading key data from the eeprom and writing that to the key. I've done many hundreds with AK90 - never once wrote the eeprom back.
