If you bought it brand new, make sure the serial number on back of unit matches the stickers on the box. Call Autel in your Geographic area and select Tech support and run the serial number past Tech Support to see if the serial number is legit authorized dealer of your region and hasn't already been registered before and returned, and that it is one in their database that will qualify for support and repairs in your country without need of shipping back to mainland China to have repairs.
