IM608 fails to read immobilizer pin code on 2019 GMC Sierra

       Hello,
    I have tried to add a new key fob for 2019 GMC Sierra truck. PIN code (password) is required for that action and by watching many YouTube videos I can say that it is a fairly easy Autel function on some cars. By some reason my Autel is failing. I am using USB cable to connect VCI and Autel is connected to Internet. What am I doing wrong?

       If you are connected by USB cable, then try turning off the blue tooth connection, or temporarily un-pair the VCI from the Blue tooth while you are connected by USB. Does the procedure instructions specifically tell you to connect by USB cable, or something you are trying out of desperation?
