Having a hard time with my brand new AL629. Out of the box, it wouldn't download the update software. Autel Tech Support suggested that a file on the SD card might be corrupted and suggested I format it and start over. Did this and finally got the updates to download, but now I can't get the screen to go back into scanner mode. It's stuck in download mode.If anyone knows what might be able to fix this, let me know.
