AL619 not getting codes out of 2008 Volvo w/ CEL on

     I can not get the codes out of my 2008 Volvo S60 that has check engine light on. AL 619 has SW V4.71, HW V1.00. This has worked in the past on 2005 Buick and 2006 Volvo V70

    *** FIXED*** Also can not get PC Suit to run on WIN 10 laptop to get updates or download  vehicle data captures.
