Yeah, I have the same issue and so far no answer. I have a vehicle sitting for almost a month because of this problem . I don,t know what to tell to my customer . Very unaceptable

Autel has had server issues the past week, if they were considerate they would email users of their tools to state features are offline...not very good for those who depend on these tools to make a living. Should be restored now, I had an issue coding a bmw last week on Thursday. Now it’s resolved.

I program and coding all units on gl450 x164. All OK
