     Must work but is not work. Autel still not work. Work must with new module.

    Still not working.I'm trying do a initial startup for a w166 9g transmission, software updates no problem but SCN fails to get a response from the server.
    Does Autel offer any support at all I get no response from them this is very poor customer service.

    I can see everyone having problem programming Mercedes but, non of you have ever mentioned what kind of tool you are using as I can also see other members saying they have successfully able to program but, again what tool was been used we all don't know..........

    So, it would be nice if you all tell use what tool is having issue and what tool did successfully programmed, it could be there is nothing wrong with the server and the problem is with the type of tool been used...........

    Maxisys elite with valid subscibtion 2008 E350 vgs replaced with new unit from
    dealer part number 000270260080 scn performed OK it fails on programing

    My also same.......cannot do online programing mercedes.......almost 9 month.....only 3 month left.....after this I thing.I want sell my autel maxsis 908pro....who want to buy let me know

    For my C257 - worked perfectly for the front door, but not for Front SAM. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
