Yes, you maybe doing something wrong. Are programing new new fobs or just  new key. Go into Service, Immo Keys, your vehicle, Nats, North America, USA, chose vehicle w/model, year, yes, & follow the instructions from there. If that don't program your key, call Tech Support during the week.
