Service reminder reset for Porsche Cayenne 9ya

     Just purchased the Autel MK808 and trying to reset the service reminder on a 2019 Porsche Cayenne 9YA model. Unit pulls up the VIN, diagnostics work. But service and oil resets state "not supported ".  Porsche updated to latest version (2.21)

    Since other Cayenne owners have used this model to reset their vehicle I would like to know what steps to reset this one.

     I have the exact same issue, purchased the MX808 to reset the indicator and receiving the same error message.

    Does the unit need to be connected to WiFi to work properly?

     Good Morning,
    I have the same issue.  MX808. 
    updated the OS. 
    However, it says function is not supported.  (2019 Porsche cayenne)
    I connected the unit to WiFi. still no luck

      Hi There,
    I had the same issue and figured how to re-set the oil service.
    update mx808 OS and program to your Porsche. 
    connect your mx808 to internet.
    connect mx808 to your car.
    turn on car Engine.  engine has to be running when you do the re-set.
    follow the normal oil re-set procedures on mx808

    How'd you update the mx808 OS? I did all the updates, but i still got the same error.
