    Hi All,

    Why show in the Autel AL-619 at Vehicle ID section the year is 1989? 
    My car model year is 2019.

    The device not identified it correctly, Not meet my car, or incompatible with it?
    You stated, the device will good to the cars which made from the year 1996.

    Is there any way to fix it?

    One more thing, when I tried to create a new issue,  I unable to select the year 2019 so no year in the dropdown above 2015!

    The software ver is v4.71 hardware ver is 1.00

    I tried the device on an older car, Suzuki Ignis 1.2MT FWD 2007, it unable to identify the car.
    It can possible the device is wrong?
