    I have a Autel MX808 just got it I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado I keep getting a error code saying Decoding failed when reading vin # Any help would be great thanks

    Tags: Help , need , MaxiCheck , MX808.

     probably the simplest thing you can do is make sure you have the ignition switch in the ON position before scanning.

    Some of the car vin number don't decode therefore you can send them a log files from your tool to Autel Tech Support so it can be added to the list.........
