    Can't do anything on both 2008- and 2008+ files. Have pre-saved 2008+ files - no go, opened fine just a few days back. Reads 2008- eeprom OK, still same error code 10000... Is the server down?

     I have the same error. Autel please make device to be reliable to work with dumps. It works from time ti time ((((
