I have answered many of you out there because I am pissed to have paid $400 or so for a tool that does not add new model years to database. GMC and Chevy updates for 2020 and later model years is not happening.. Paying $124 a year does not help. As of today, 06_26_2021, no models years past 2019 for GMC and Chevy trucks have been added. So Autel, if your going to sell this tool, you better make sure in your sales documentation the model years tool has in database and if new model years will be added each year. I will file complaints with our states AG and then move on to the FTC for false advertising against Autel. No excuse for this crap. IF YOUR NOT GOING TO UPDATE PAST A CERTAIN YEAR OR MANUFACTURE WILL NOT GIVE LICENSE, THEN YOU MUST INFORM PURCHASER THAT THIS CONDITION EXIST, PRIOR TO SALE.
