Has any one had this 9651 fault code, using autel ms908s.
On 2017 citreon ds3. Airbag 9651 fault. Basically there is no ignition switched voltage at air bag ecu connectors.there is 12 v and ground at connector into airbag ecu plus can bus is OK. As I can communicate with air bag ecu. No faults in bsi or any other module on the vehicle.. Feedback on this fault code would be much appreciated. Also I could do with the wiring diagram for this vehicle if at all possible -

Have you checked the fuses in passenger side fuse box which is F3 and F14.............? Also what is the background story for this vehicle has it been involved in any accidents or, any thing which trigger this airbag fault...........?
