I was charged $124.50 to download the Spanish language, is this authorized by Autel?

When I purchased the MX808 unit through an authorized dealer, it showed the tool being available in many languages including Spanish. There was nowhere mention that there will be an additional cost of $124.50 to download the files in Spanish... I contacted Tech Support at Autel, and they told me this is not Autel's practice...Have anyone had this issue before?Tags: MX808

Hi, I know your frustration, but only a dealer can give or get authorisation for language
change this will cost a certain amount of money, dispite autel support told you this is
not there's practice, another solution is keeping the language that is on the device now,
( mostly English)
