HELP!!!!
Error message: “The product has been
registered” is displayed after I click on “Submit”
I have a Autel DiagLink that
I purchased as "NEW". I created
an online ID. When I type in the S/N, password,
code & click on “Submit”, “The product has been registered” appears on the page. I need to get the
product registered under my account so I can update it and program my device. If I cannot register the device, I cannot download my 1 free
vehicle lifetime update software.
What needs to be done to
correct this ASAP!!!
