I bought this product directly from Amazon, NEW!

I am unable to register this product under the Product Registration’ page (https://pro.autel.com/regProduct.html).

Error message:  “The product has been registered” is displayed after I click on “Submit”

I entered the correct serial #:  ML15LC000915 and the “Register Password”; shown in the Settings/Setup--->About menu on the device screen.

If I cannot register the device, I cannot download my 1 free vehicle lifetime update software.  The vehicle is 2010 Cadillac CTS, 3.0L engine.
