AL619 won't recognize Nissan?

    Hi, I have an almost new AL619 (bought some years ago, but never used), but it looks like it is unable to communicate with Nissan vehicles:

    - Nissan Pathfinder 2005 (Y50) 3.5 engine
    - Nissan Patrol 2011 (Y62) 5.6 engine

    I've just updated the 619. Any ideas?

     check your connections try a different scan tool and see if it works if not its your obd2 port if it works contact autel and see what they can do for you. no one from autel looks at this support, just us the users, hope that helps
