When I go into diagnostic everything works fine.  It reads the vin and deconstructs it.

However when I go into the service app nothing works.  It reads the vin automatically, I select 2017 MY and then it always gives a, "error deconstructing vin," message.  It is doing this in all service apps.  I have all the latest downloads and have everything else closed out in the machine.  I rebooted and nothing works in service for 2017 ford explorer XLT.
