I have a DS708 I do not have a card back up everything works on the unit except they have no European tap somehow that file got corrupted when I look at the SD card it says data air cyclical redundancy can anybody send me a copy of the European file I believe it Hass to match my software I have 5.1 program, 5.0 firmware and 3.6 hardware. I called technical support they said the unit is no longer available for support everything works on the unit I just need to get the European file and yes the file should’ve been backed up and it wasn’t can anybody help.
