I can't get past registration...or even know if I did fully register.  Is the "password" really only on the scanner?  I plugged in, turned on the ignition, then got nothing.  I had put the TF card into my laptop so I could download the update info, but that didn't give me a "RUN" command.  Then, I put the TF back into the scanner and plugged the unit back into the car...but now I have a blank screen and it will not take any commands.  Is this thing really this complicated just to get it started?  I have other scanners that are simple compared to this thing.  THis is for using on a 1997 Jaguar XK8, which is why I was trying to update the scanner.
