Why am I directed to find a 'registered password' in a location where it doesn't exist?

     Trying to register newly-acquired device, AL519, and not finding the 'registered' password referenced in company instructions, NOR, can I register the device as I continually am enduring an error message of "incorrect serial number".
    WTH is going on with this damned thing?

     I'm having exactly the same issue, can autel please respond?
    Also i can't figure out how to complete the software update that is referenced in the paperwork the device was supplied with. it says select files, would be nice if it was clear what files and where to obtain them from....
