     When I try to log in, it asks for serial number.  When I enter the one on the side of the device, it will not accept it!  What to do?

    Also what is the difference between a volkswagen and a volkswagen cv - don't want to download the wrong one for a 2015 Golf Sportswagen TDI

    Vw CV is commercial vehicles, such as caddy, transporter and so on.
