     I just purchased the MS906Pro.  Updated Ford software just yesterday.  Trying to program a second key on a 2017 Ford Super Duty.  Cannot figure it out.  I have done it on older Fords with my old Autel programmer-  The process included going into Ford PATS to do it.  I am not sure if the newer Fords are the same process.  
    I tried going into Hot functions/immobilizer and keys, the only options are keyless entry and engine immobilizer.  Also checked under Service/Body Control Module/Service functions/Security,  same thing.  I called customer support before I bought this new tool specifically asking if it would do Ford keys.  They said it will.

     Did you check vehicle coverage ?  Looks like it might only support  some 2 valve cylinder engine models of that year to me (If they even still had them in 2017 . PATs functions might only include a bulb check of the the idiot light if it doesn't specifically say add key.
