Had trouble finding programming pocket on 2019 Buick Encore. Called Autel tech line and they claimed it was a bad remote. After two more attempts to find the programming pocket, the remote was programmed successfully. The suggested pocket locations that Autel provided were not accurate, it was actually in the front cup holder.
