Recently, well kind of, mid December some thieving little s#!t tried to steal my sprinter van, but the battery was flat so instead they stole my eis. Now here's my problem, I've got an eis with the right part number but cannot program it to the vehicle ecu. I've got an Autel maxiIM IM508, XP400pro and Gbox 2. I can and have programmed a key to the eis but, I cannot erase the eis, I cannot activate/deactivate the eis and I cannot write to the eis.Why is it sooo easy to steal a sprinter van but nigh on impossible to return it to working properly? All I want is for it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
