I have a 2011 regal instrument cluster doesn't work or infotainment. stuck in park and can't remove key must hit bypass buttons on both. Eve thing goes out soon as I witch to start position with key

    Need help there's a row of shorts ,battery drain, and I have re hilt starter,under dash and hood fuseblock off line. Going to install bcm oh, and new refurbished pcm preprogrammed from all computers company

    2011 Regal's are built for the global market. Used modules can not be installed. It
    causes major issues if you plugged a used module in to the car.
