You could call support in your geographic region if that option exists, and to put a lock on your tablet by serial number and or  possibly trace it's location  if it were stolen.

  IMO you might be better off just finding and buying a new discounted IM608 Pro that comes with the newer upgraded XP 400 Pro programmer  and sell off the original XP400 off on Ebay cheap to someone on a budget  looking to add a little extra capability to their IM508 for some European stuff.

  I have an IM508 to supplement my MaxiSys Elite for Immobilizer. I bought a new clearance priced discontinued original XP400 not long afterwards getting IM508 for want of more European car capability. I haven't been doing too much key programming in recent months, and still sitting on an IM508Total Care Update I purchased last year that I plan to activate when I get a key programming job that requires a connection to Autel server to retrieve a required file.
