Why can't I find a1996 isuzu Oasis in my ms906bt?

    I just bought a new ms906bt and tried to use it on my friends mini van: a 1996 Isuzu oasis and the ms906bt could not find it. I could not find the vehicle at all. And I doing something wrong? My very old Innova scan found it with no problem. Wtf did my pay so much money for? Help greatly appreciated.
