    I am getting this error message when starting up the unit by plugging into my 2012 ML550 or by connecting to my PC.  The unit is in warranty but not functional.

    I did send this issue via email to the tech support email, but have not received a response.

    Has anyone else had this problem and found a resolution or should I just return it for a refund/replacement under the one year warranty.
