My brand new MP408 won't run using the PC tool. I updated my operating system from Windows 10 to Windows 10 PRO.  My PC meets or exceeds all the criteria. I tried updating SW through the tool but it says no online SW updates are available.  My firmware is V2.00.  My SW is v2.10.  The green light is illuminated on the tool.  It is plugged into the USB port....
