    My scanner also stopped working on MBZ after updating this morning.This is a nightmare that needs to be fixed real soon

     tech support told me to delete the Benz program and re-install. made no difference. same error

    That's because you loaded the same defective software,they need to roll back to a
    working version or fix this version
