My question is in the title! I'll be pissed if I paid $50 for access that I can't "access"!

Look into " 12+8 " sgw bypass cable. I don't always have internet connection for that
online FCA auto auth to work. Plus I'm old school and prefer hardwired on things as
much as possible. Good luck !

I think the problem is in the software and browser. Mine was working fine 2 update prior and now isn't. I've noticed that my browser is corrupted, itnormally opens to Autel page 'now it just loops and doesn't open the page. My point being that if your tool goes to the wrong page on the internet you'll never get the hand shake as you call to unlock the security module.

Anyone know what does data exception mean? Trying to access 2019 Chrysler but it will not let me get in. Tool is registered with autoauth. I am so pissed we have to pay so much money and we can't do simple brake job because of the damn tool not unlocking the gateway.
