    My mx808 would not communicate with a 910 chassis sprinter van. Keeps saying "module not supported" no matter what I tried to go Into. I eventually just used OBD scan option rather than Mercedes Benz or Mercedes Bens LD.

    Hi,it depends on how old the merc is ,older mercs are recognized as maybachs 2001
    especial the sprinter series the fault is not your device, I don't know the reason.
