Program kia smartkey with elite 2

Does anyone know how to program a smartkey for 2019 kia sorento using the elite 2? I get to where I need to put in the vehicle pin code, the unit has 0-9 numbers and no letters, but my code starts with 2 letters then 4 numbers. I have even tried just the last 4 numbers with no luck. -

Hi,when its not successfull with the elite i advice to contact the kia dealer to do this for
you.
