MaxiBAS BT608 printer: blank pages

I have a new MaxiBAS BT608 and have tested two vehicles. Saved the reports. When I try to print from the MaxiBAS BT608 device with the built-in printer, it makes sounds like it is printing, but is feeds out about six inches of blank printer paper. Any ideas?
