Hi,when you have too many faults on your scanner ,this could be the problem, the
connector for the obd is not good connected ,check this first, also if your car runs fine
try to erase the codes and drive for a while to check if any codes return.when your car
runs fine like you stated than there is probably nothing wrong with it.

Hi, this a prove that there is a wiring problem on or in the connector, but when your car
runs fine ignore this problem. Message from n.penders holland.

yes i agree there is a prob wireing or someone said maby a fuse
if there is a fuse that would disable the obd2 port how do i find it
i bought this autel  so i could monitor my 2014 ram promaster and it worked the first time
but now no connection i notice when i incert the MaxiVCI Mini adapter to the car i get no power light whitch makes me think fuse
it works fine on friends car and the power lite comes on when i incert the maxiVCI Mini
