why is my backup data not available?

    Before I started making this key for a 2002 VW beetle, I did a backup and saved the cars profile and now its not on my Autel. How can I get that backup data?

    Hi, are you sure you made a correct back up ? Try it on another vehicle to check if it is
    still there after a while.
