Wrong Registered Serial Number Error Message

    I need to register my AL539 device to do the first update. But it keeps saying wrong registered serial number entered. It is definitely the correct serial number shown on the device. The second digit is a lower case letter, but when it is entered it defaults to uppercase on the Autel registration page. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

    Hi, you can normally use your device without any update at all,this is a scanner and
    measuring device in one, it does no work better with a update, on you tube you can find
    instruction video on what to do in a event for a update.
