w463 TCM SCN coding ?

I have a maxisys elite with a valid subscription, I am trying to do SCN coding on a w463 g270 cdi but step 1 always fails , getting the scn data from the server always comes back failed, has anyone ever had this problem? And what was the solution? Thanks !
