Hello everyone. Today, making all key lost on bench (gbox 2) guided proccedure on EIS : 639 545 02 08 . After connected pins accordin wiring diagram, i start the proccess. First and second steps is succesfull but when i start "getting password proccedure" , after some minutes of wait, an error is shown "failed to acquire data.please try agail ! " . I check wiring diagram and external voltage is 13.5v stable. Changed internet connection, everything seems right. All software updates (system and apps) is done.  Anyone is faced with this problem before ?
