     The Diaglink powers up but when I try to scan I am unable to enter the VIN by any method.  The car can not be selected by manual input of the model and year and when I put in the VIN I get a message saying Invalid VIN despite it being correct.  Is this device and software just not compatible with a UK 2019 model Volvo S90?

    Hi,did you try another Volvo yet to see the same result? This scanner belongs to a
    cheaper series and maybe Volvo cars are not supported ,but codes reading must be
    possible.

    Hi, your Volvo is too young , this device is not able to do vin for cars younger than
    2015
